Pastor David moved into the pastor role in 2017 after serving on staff since 2008. David is married to Megan and together they have 4 children. David is passionate about discipleship and connecting Scripture to life and loves the outdoors. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Central Baptist College, and a Master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Pastor Barrie joined our staff as student pastor in 2017 and moved to Associate Pastor in 2025. Pastor Barrie is married to Lacey and they have 2 boys together. Barrie is passionate about seeing students live boldly for Jesus and walk with Him daily. Barrie loves sports and has a Bachelor’s degree from Central Baptist College and a Master’s degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Pastor Terrin began serving as our Student Pastor in the summer of 2025 transitioning from the classroom to full time ministry at MVBC.  Terrin is married to Reagan and they have 2 children.  Terrin loves seeing students grow in their faith and the lost finding freedom in Christ!  He'll hunt when it's cold, but mostly Terrin enjoys fishing, golfing and the Razorbacks.  Terrin has a Bachelor's degree from Mid America Nazarene University, and a Master's degree from Southern Arkansas University. 

Mandy joined our staff in 2022. She is married to Tommy, and they have 2 kids. Mandy is passionate about helping our church function smoothly and stay organized.  She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UCA. Mandy stays busy following her kids and their extracurricular activities, serving at the school, and working on their farm.

Ashley joined our staff in 2017. Ashley is married to Bill together they have adult children. Ashley is passionate about creatively connecting people to our church and the Lord. Ashley also teaches at MVE, Ashley and Bill love to travel and explore the country.
